That seems to be the case with almost all "blems." You gonna go a different caliber with that one?

Looking for 1000 rds of 223/5.56 ammo
I am on a few email alerts but I have not heard anything yet. Looking for around the $300 range or so per 1K
Classic now has Wolf Polyformance Ammo .223 FMJ Ammo 55grain - 500rd case for 199.99. I think I can find cheaper
Cabellas has Herters for 159.99 per 500rd case. Any word on Herters?
Where else may I find some ammo priced right?

I found Wolf and Herters online for 149 and 159 per 500
I know Wolf will shoot, dirty but I clean every time I come back from shooting so no big deal

Brownells has Gen2 PMag 10 pk for 107.90 if anyone is short on some. BTW, AR was mentioned in today's shooting, so there may be another run on them.

You guys have any idea what I need to adjust on my 223 when the pin is striking the bullet but not with enough power to make the round discharge. Its not with ever round but with ever 3rd or 4th round. I rechamber the round and it fires, not sure what's up.

Tried PMC and Remington rounds.

I've taken it back apart and made sure all the springs and whatnot were where they needed to be but everything looked fine.

Either your bolt is extremely filthy and the firing pin is getting stuck, or your firing pin is short. Get a micrometer and measure it. OAL is 3.280 inches.

Also, are you sure your springs are installed correctly?

Any of you guys built an AR with an 80% lower? How did it turn and how hard is it to complete it?

Well I just ordered 2 AR 10 lowers I want to build one in 308 and another in 7mm-08.

Gun was brand new, never fired before...I'll measure it when I get a micrometer.

Installed the same as the other ARs I've assembled, and they all function fine.

Got another AR so that you can swap the bolt or compare firing pins?

I do, they looked the same. I even swapped a whole new upper on the malfunctioning rifle's lower and and new lower on the upper. Everything worked fine.

But them back together, same shenanigans.
