Amazon reviews are mostly crap like "I ordered this yesterday and it came in today, in nice bags.....5 stars!!"

UTG is crap, don't buy the buffer tubes and please do not buy those terrible handguards they make.

+1000 that shite belongs in air soft guns not on a real AR. There are plenty if other options.

Is the End plate an essential part of the buffer tube kit?

You will need the end plate. It retains a detent and spring as well as aligns the buffer tube brah.

Opinions on polymer lowers?
I can get one for $90, in stock. Thinking about going with it until the panic settles and then upgrading.
