The people who are actually swayed by political television ads will either eat that shite up, or will be appalled by the ad. It's really not* that high of a risk.

If you want to cover more of the bases, get a kid added to the cast. Then have the video showing you teaching the 6-8 year old kid (preferably a girl) how to shoot a .22 rifle at a target.
