A friend has some video from his cameras with deer and what appears to be a drone. It is at night and there are lights moving around. Either a drone or some aliens or the Tensas wollybooger.

He's a half mile in the swamp - he's far from anywhere he should be. This is dead center of 250 acres. Lack of hip boots or waders tells me they came from the front (levee) which is the only entrance. They saw no hunters and jumped the gate is my guess. The only other entrance is a 1.5 miles down the levee in the other direction of the gate across 1000 yards of another lease.

My lease is hard core swamp - you don't go back there unless you are a member or trespassing.

My stand is pad locked but the brackets and hinges are screwed to the stand. Maybe he took my entire door off my box stand? All 4 of them aren't fitting in my little 4x4 box stand.
I'm pulling my other camera card and my bring my laptop in the stand tomorrow

Shouldn't be hard at all to get them identified if they are local to that area.


Call the sheriffs office. You can always decide not to prosecute or to drop charges later.

My uncle was the sheriff of assumption parish for at least 10 years up until this year. He already has the picture to send to his friends.
