Been looking and thinking about pulling the trigger.
If any OBers have this safe I would appreciate your thoughts. Seems to be a solid investment. Price delivered right at a grand. New.

I have an older liberty. Only thing I don't like about them is they rust from the bottom if on a floor that gets mopped.

I have the Liberty Fatboy and love it. I also highly recommend the Liberty safelert. It will send a text, email, or both if your safe has been opened, closed, or if it detects movement from shaking back and forth. It also monitors the interior temp and humidity. You can view that on your Liberty Safelert App.

I had one. I loved it. Cant say if it worked or not, well yes I can. Nothing ever got stolen out of it, but it was never tested either.
They are not water tight, but none are. I got all my guns out before the flood, but mine had mold to the ceiling. I sold it and bought a Colonial 50 just to get a bit more room.
If the wife didnt want her stuff thrown in, I would have got another Jr.

Had it delivered yesterday. So much larger and nicer than the safe I've had for over twenty years. It came with the pockets on the inside of the door for handguns. How did I live without this for so long. No more stacking guns on top of each other, can see what gun is in each slot all the way to the back row.

What retailer had this safe for right around a grand? That's a really good buy on that model.

My Remington is made by Liberty. Great safe. I have the conventional dial lock. Wish there was some way I could redo the combination on that thing to something that I could remember.

Retailer who I've done business with for twenty plus years took this in on trade. I was in right place at right time I think. From what I hear they can go for fifteen hundred. Has electronic lock also.
