Land Of Lakes Plantation Hog Hunts

I just got back from a hog hunt with LJ of Land of Lakes Plantation. I killed two nice hogs with one shot from my ten point crossbow. Those guys really took care of me. I can not wait to go back. You can not beat the price or the service.

So I saw that they have Bison hunts. Can't imagine that they are all that illusive of a creature when found in Ville Platte, but I wouldn't mind offing one of those.
Ordered a huge batch of bison steaks and burger meat from a farm in Wyoming last year. Wasn't cheap, but if I have the freezer space, a bunch of bison could be a good investment.

I'm not sure what they charge to kill a bison. For hog hunting they charged me 150 for a hog up to 100 pounds and a dollar a pound after that. One of the hogs was 150 and the other 180. They are Russian boars. If they have a place cheaper than that I would love to find out. Please share the right people. I love hog hunting and cheaper is Better lol

Really good quality elk and bison. Pricey, but it was easy to throw them in some Dales for 15 min, then toss them on the grill. They have a really good sampler package for like $220. I'll do it again, but if economical, I'd rather just kill my own. Anybody know what a bison would set you back at Land of Lakes?

Yes they do. Ground and New York strips last time I was in there. About the same price as beef IIRC
