Really is an ironic statement if you take into consideration the unamerican actions taken by ABinBev to limit your craft beer drinking exposure...

Boulevard - pale, wheat,KC Pils, single-wide IPA... All excellent beer! One of the few things I enjoy about Kansas City. Pretty sure they have nationwide distribution.

this dixie beer is surprisingly damn good. i don't think i've had dixie before.

Wait a minute, wtf am I seeing? "Dixie" "Good"? Did they change the recipe or something?

I remember back in the day, when they still brewed it in NOLA using Mississippi River water, Dixie was passable - if it was cold enough. Then they switched to spring water (Abita springs?) and it was undrinkable. I made the mistake of ordering one about ten years back and swore I'd never get another one.

Honestly, have they changed or something?

I usually go between PBR and the High Life, whichever's on sale - except for Fridays when I like Jameson's with a Guinness back.

But I don't mind American Lagers, that's why if Dixie is drinkable again, I'd give it a shot.

Dont get me wrong, I am not a beer Nazi. I will drink whatever you hand me.

Everything but a Jockamo...

I was simply making note of the Irony which is the image of the American flag, which is supposed to represent Free Enterprise, freedom, small business... etc.., being displayed on a can which is manufactured and brewed by ABinbev
which has been unrepentant in their effort to
throw up road blocks for distribution of small breweries and craft beer.

Just a statement cot dammit.
