Dude, I don't know how it is where you live, but rural pill heads aren't that hard to spot. Even if he was a well kept thief, if someone approaches YOU trying to sell something for a lot less than what it's worth that's a major red flag.

What difference does it make if you ask where it came from? You think the thief will say, yeah I stole that somebitch yesterday. Of course not. When you're dealing with atvs, boats, cars, etc.. Of course you check it out. The right thing to do would be to make it right with the guy who lost $100 or more

You can buy pos generators all day long for around that price. And it sounds like this was a pos generator that barely ran.

Yep it was a POS that barely ran but it was my POS.It runs great now though.Its gonna cost the thief aot more than it was worth and probably his job as well.Helluva a lesson to teach his young son.
