How long can fish filets stay in fridge?

Scenario:
Redfish on ice entire time and filleted right when I got home. Rinsed and immediately put in ziplocs and into fridge.

Till they stink. Should be good for a couple days atleast.

If you continously put ice on them 2 weeks.

Put them in a ziplock on ice in a bowl in the fridge.

They will keep better if you keep them on ice, refrigerators are 38 -45 degrees. I use Arctic ice block for this reason.

I keep fillets in a bowl with water and ice in the fridge for a week.

4-5 days only if in a ice, water slurry the entire time.

Fresh water catfish will last around 3 weeks in the fridge. Salt water catfish will only last about 2 weeks in the fridge.
