Just watched a youtube video where the shark breaks the cage into pieces.

I'm going to wear a diaper.

They wear dry suits. I was too poor to be able to afford one so I wore a short john. It was cold but when sharks are chewing on the cage you seem to forget about the cold.

I had a small 10' white shark come into the cage with me and 2 other people. There is a 2'X2' hole at the bottom that you can theoretically walk to the shore if the rope (not metal cable) gets cut by a shark. It thrashed around and got stuck up to its pec fins. I have a video of it somewhere.

.....and that's why I was asking if it's towards the bottom, not out of priority or desire, just put my potentially deadly items towards the bottom.

My dad has some good friends in Australia and they invited us on trips. I was very lucky to be able to tag along, but my dad had a dry suit and wouldn't buy me one (in school at the time and dirt poor, not that i would want to buy one now, those things are outrageous). Everyone on the boat thought I was crazy. I had no other option.

I think the water is like 55 degrees. I'm not complaining at all, though.

I'll just drink some Mexican water the night before. If anything goes wrong with the cage, I'll make like an octopus.

White sharks are actually scared of humans and other creatures. They don't like to be even scratched. Thats why most victims aren't eaten. They bite and run, waiting for you to die. 90 percent of the time, while in a cage, they are very timid. Its only 10 percent of the time, that they rage. Thats when you keep all hands inside the ride.

Getting in a shark cage with great whites in Australia is on my bucket list.

There are some places out of San Francisco that cage dive the Farralon(sp?) Islands.

I'm not gonna argue with the big boss upstairs,,, but, I just have a hard time understanding why we need bad snakes, skeeters, wasps, brussel sprouts, sharks and stuff?

But, I do think the big boss mayyyyyyybe didn't think about female body design enough, before he started building..

YEARS ago, when me and ms mack were on our honeymoon, we made a "feeding dive" with reef sharks - no cage. a white shark (in cage) has been on our to-do list since then.

Yea let's get sharks who are otherwise afraid of humans to begin associating us with food. Great fricking idea.

I've heard they're trying to outlaw cage diving for this reason. Makes sense.
