Grand Cote lottery hunt

I went last year, but I was a guest. We're not in the same blind on this draw. I believe I'm in blind #2. Any advise or suggestions are appreciated.

Blind #2 is situated in an awkward spot relative to where the ducks will be working from. You'll end up making shots coming from the back side of the blind. Mallards wanted to light behind the blind in the timber.
In general, you'll need to take the questionable shot at Grand Cote 40-50 yds out) since they will be spooked by the other groups flaring them from shots and calling.

Is it illegal to get in the timber to shoot them? Is it flooded timber?
