Visor technically. That thing has been with me for every fishing trip since 2010. Long story short I got compromised in a rapid water area and it ended up overboard and I didn't realize it until a few minutes later. I think it is somewhere in a 75'x75' area caught on the bottom under a rock. Looked for it for an hour but the water was murky.

Normal water conditions (clear, lower) would help but the river is a little higher and murkier due to rain.

You must not wear it much if it has lasted that long, just buy another.

I just wear it fishing. It started out dark blue but is now gray.

Lucky hat man.

A hat/visor means that much to you? Just buy another one.

I would organize a posse full of bloodhounds to find my fishing hat

Who did this, I don't even know how and don't care enough to learn.

You were in water that was rough enough to lose your visor and you are going back days later to find it. Yea that ain't gonna happen.

Probably not but nothing ventured nothing gained. If I strike out I can always fish for awhile.

I got an old camo lsu cap I've had since 97. Many fishing hunting trips with it. I'd fight over the thing. It's partially retired now. Comes out every now and then
Good luck with the search !

Get a pair of lucky drawers, harder to lose than a hat

Good luck, I lost my lucky fishing hat a few years ago, still trying to break in my new one.

Turns out visors float.

Pushed myself hard today baws. Wasn't meant to be.

Caught fish with my old Auburn visor though. #CircleOfLife

My dog removed my pink john deere hat while swimming in lake bruin, it sunk, I can empathize. But, I dropped my costas while brushing the duck blind. On opening day of duck season I dove in and found them
