Redfish tacos and Don Julio.
Lightly season fish with Tony's and paprika. Dab of butter with garlic and onions in pan. Cook down onions a bit. Add fish. Once you flip, add a few drops of liquid crab boil in pan and let fish soak it up. Place fish on tortilla with sauce and chopped cabbage. For sauce, you can use plain sour cream, salsa, etc. Tonight we mixed mayo with siracha sauce. Enjoy, baws!

Since I'm lurking over here tonight and I've had my martinis I'm having a leftover leg of lamb sandwich with homemade garlic mayo, lettuce and February tomato which just adds wet no flavor on a fresh onion roll toasted, salt and pepper.
