Fish in Lake P making rooster tail

I travel the causeway often. Today about 5 miles from northshore I saw a fish chasing shrimp or baitfish and whatever it was created 10-15 foot rooster tails.
What OB say? Huge redfish, bull shark, tarpon?

Funny story here: my junior year of hs for homecoming we went to Nola. The entire time i was scouting for ducks going over the i55 bridge and giving my date a heart attack for not paying attention while driving.

Not-so-Funny story: 3 years ago, I looked down a canal and saw some pouldeau sitting there and didnt see the car in front of me stop

D'oh.
I try to spot an alligator every morning coming through laplace area on 10. Luckily that hasn't happened yet.
