I was thinking about carding you when I met ya. Married children, you got it going on.
Thanks man, but I'm a real live PawPaw. Luckily I only feel old once in a while.
And Choupiquesuishi, it sure sounds like your son was raised right.

The tough thing about HS sports is that the seniors careers are over just as they were reaching the peak of their career and ability.
Yep and fortunately for mine whether or not he keeps playing is up to him.

Mine played his last game with a P on his hat today......had a heck if a year though
Saw that they lost 2 to UH Sat - always some good games with those guys. I know that my son and yours probably played together, and you and I probably spent some time at the grill and did not even know it - small world indeed. What position - mine was right fielder his senior year, 2 years ago - No 12. Great memories but playoff ball is cruel sometimes - When its over, that's it!

i have two boys, one is 2 , the other a few months....
i'm ready for them to be like 5 and 3 so we can begin to go in the woods together.... but i dread when they're THAT OLD.
i'll try to keep it in mind and eat them up all i can through the years

Agreed. Taught mine to fish just the other day, and now he's 26 and several states away.

Print this and read it daily so you don't get too caught up in life Before you know it you will be 50 and you will be reminiscing on the OB about your young'uns that have fledged!
