Ohhhh.....That was indeed VERY painful to watch. She's actually an attorney, not a forensic scientist. From Wikipedia....
And yes, it's very disappointing to see how many "experts" and "journalists" on tv are actually very ignorant.....

That must be what CDNN sent me free of charge with my rifle order today.
This other thing that came free with the rifle order says "Tactical" on the box so it has to be for an assault scope setup.
The rifle looked great, but it fell out of my car as I was crossing D'Arbonne today.

After Charles Whitman's attack in Dallas there were calls to outlaw telescopic sites on rifles. Why would anybody need one they said at the time.
You very easily could have had to go through the same process to buy a scope as you do to buy a suppressor if some had had their way back then.
