Looking to replace my everyday pocket knife that somehow disappeared and has been missing for 2 months now. Finally giving up hope. Curious to hear some of your recommendations. My wife wants to get it for me for Christmas so I'm alright with spending some decent coin on it.

I have the Kershaw Launch 1 as my everyday carry. $149.99...it's worth every cent.

Do you want a lockback single blade knife, or more the trapper style with different sized blades?

This if you want to spend some coin on a very nice and rugged knife. The next one to look at would be a Spyderco Paramilitary or Dragonfly.

My EDC is a Kershaw Cryo II that I love. Best knife for the money IMO.

I alternate between a Spyderco Native 5 and a Benchmade Mini Griptillian.

Both have their pros and cons - don't know which one I would choose if I had to settle on just one.

Puma "sergeant" is is in my pocket at all times. The amount of wild game it can clean and still stay sharp is amazing. It has a single locking blade which I prefer. Lots of other good knives out there but thought I would throw some love out there for a Puma.

Rize I have around 8 of those you can go wrong with a sod buster. I prefer to tarnish the blade using vinegar. It holds a superior edge
