Not sure if they are just swamped with orders or are out of business. Tried calling them today to place an order but no one is answering the phone.

I dropped them an email asking if the items I ordered were in stock and if not I would like my tranaction cancelled.

I spoke to him last week before the shite hit the fan. I lucked out and decided to build my AR's Thursday, so I had no problems getting all my parts. He told me he was not presently selling any lowers, but gave me a massive list of stores in BR that should have some. First place I called was Precision, and they had a whole box full. I got mine on Monday, so I guess there's a chance they may have one still.

This. I got a lower from them almost exactly 4 years ago and they treated me right and no gouging either.

I tossed the list, but ones i can remember other than Precision are Boot Supply Surplus, Bill Bassett Gunsmithing, Lousians Gun and Reload, and some hardware store on Jones Creek that I think had shenandoah in the name. I tried to look up the boot supply surplus one but couldnt find anything online. The guy at EA sounded like he was 120 yrs old and was hard to understand so maybe I misheard him. He was the nicest gentleman I've ever spoken with though.

looked at their lowers a while back before shite hit the fan. they wanted some obscene amount of money for an EA stripped lower. Like $199 or something...

Thanks Gleaux, called Precision Firearms and of course they sold the last ones on Monday. They don't know when or if they will be getting more and wouldn't let me put my name on a waiting list.

I'll try to find the other merchants you mentioned but I'm fairly confident the story will be the same.
