I liked old Hank Parker, Bill Dance, and TK @ Mike. I liked them mostly b/c they were goofy and screwed up a lot like I do. For instance hunting in Kisatchie a couple years ago I climbed all the way up and realized I didn't tie my gun to the rope, kinda shite TK@Mike would do. Or driving to Jackson/Bienvielle, walking 20 minutes with a climber in dark, climbing all the way up tree, realizing I took bullets out of jacket night before to wash it and never freaking checked the morning of

How bout looking forward to a hunt for months, walk 3/4 of mile in the gumbo to a stand with multiple big bucks seen, an hour before daylight, first week of hard rut packed to sit all day. Drag a broadhead across your bowstring and listen as the pop echos through the cottonwoods.

Not that ive done that.

I enjoy watching Rentless Pursuit. Guy makes some amazing shots with his bow and spear.

I like some of the shows, but I hate turkey and bowhunting. To each his own. Enjoy waterfowl shows except those with loud rock music and hand-slapping like Chad Belding.

Not neccassarily a hunting show but more of a great resource for all-around outdoorsman info is [link=(www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaDddMMCi0A)]The Backwoodsman Instute's[/link] page on YouTube. It's a father and son giving tutorials/instructional vids on any and everything that has to do with hunting, gardening, skinning, preserving, etc. Very useful info in alot of their vids.

The Meateater show is pretty good. He kills, cooks and eats the animals and I think it's all self filmed

Meateater is a great show. Steven Rinella is very knowledgeable and has respect for the outdoors. His show is filmed in a clever and unique way in that he gives you more of the total hunt, kill, clean, eat experience. He also is a very good speaker. He owns this pro-PETA person in this clip.
