About to get some new gear and trying to decide between a nice jacket and some bibs or just get a zip up jump suit? Pros and Cons of each.

Easier to shite if you're wearing jacket and bibs or pants.

I like coveralls except for this.

Thanks all, kinda figured 2 separate pieces would be better than stuck in a giant 1 piece.

Bibs are way more comfortable because the straps are adjustable. I'm too long waisted or short legged to fit right in coveralls. Either way shitting is a bitch and stuff falls out of my pockets in the woods. Be careful not to lose your license.

jacket/bibs and it is not even close...

jacket/bibs combination actually gives you two layers of insulation over a good part of your body (where the two overlap)...

also, if you get hot, you can just take the jacket off to cool off quickly...

I also find that the jacket/bibs combination allows me to move a lot more freely and I am a lot less tired after a day of hunting...

When it's really cold, I go w/ insulated overalls over an inner layer of base layer, shirt and pants. As the day warms up, I just take off the overalls and hunt wearing the inner layer.
