Clorox isn't going to do anything from what I understand. There is no chigger or offspring buried in your skin. It's just irritation from a bite. Itch cream is about all you can do, which sucks because it barely puts a dent in the itch.

True story. I've never had chiggers and I've been in the woods my whole life. They sound awful though.

There is a liquid spray that helps after the fact. It is Tecnu Rash Relief Made by Tec Labs. It worked for me and my sons when we were smitten with the dreaded Chiggers. Got it at a CVS

All the time I hear people sharing stories about that time they got chiggers "sooo" bad. I feel left out since I can't empathize at all. Then if I bring up I've never gotten them before they question my outdoorsmanhood.
