Anyone got tips for cooking fresh broccoli? Looking to change to a meal prep type diet since I don't have time to eat at school

I had my puppy shorthair out working on his swimming and he kicked up/ scared a 1.5lb bass that leaped out the water/ hit the dock 2' in front of me and slid off the other side of the dock. I have never seen anything like it befor.

My daughter has been working her lab and my little shite in the pond. Even my old lab has been getting in the act. The trainer she used, did an outstanding job with her lab. That sucker is going to make hunting outstanding.
