Measured that with an official "Swamp People" scale and tape measure. I bet he had to hit it in the quarter sized kill spot behind the ear too.

That is a big pig, and probably pushing 300 plus but 549 is ridiculous.

The only way you get a 500+ lb hog is put it in a pen and feed it a long time.

I'm sure the fella is big. He looks it in the pics but I doubt he is that big.

Some BIG guys that are close to 6'6" and 400 but not quite that weight:

Herman Johnson 6'7" 386

Shaq 7" 350lb

T.J. Barnes (the NFLs current largest man) 6'7" 364

Mariusz Pudzianowski 6'1" 262

Kimbo Slice 6'2" 240

Arnold at his heaviest 270?

Tank Abbott 255

BIG animals that don't weight 549

Mike 325

Tusk (Arkansas mascot) 475

African Lion 500 lbs

Silverback Gorilla Adult Male 400+/-

"Honey Bump" the bear 520lbs

Just saying.

This is a 265 lb grand champion hog

pet pig at 20 stone or 280 to 300 lbs

Good, getting ready for deer season, Riley is going great she has been in the woods again with me this year, I should have worked her to be a squirrel dog she is a natural and when trying to track they grab her attention quick.

Well, I found a farmer not far from here who had some old crawfish scales they used to weigh crawfish sacks,” Mire said. “We picked him up with a forklift and put him on those scales, and he weighted 549 pounds.”

Farmer got some splaining to do.
