Just caught some Mahi Mahi and was wondering what you guys think....

I've heard Mahi, Tuna, and white perch...

i think nearly any fish when fresh and properly cleaned is delicious

Disagree

Bream, Flounder, and White Bass are my 3 favorites.

I haven't eaten Lemon Fish in a long time and have some in the freezer so that may change.

Halibut has a unique texture and I prefer it to any other white fish. Sheefish is really good too, and reminds me of halibut but it's found in only a few locations.
