I have been looking into a 24-25 foot bay boats, and I believe narrowed it down to these three companies. They all seem about the same though as far as features, prices, and reviews.
When fishing south LA, is there a major difference or opinions between the brands? Appreciate any help.

Plenty of boat shows going on now. Go to them. Get in them and look them completely over. Then make your decision. That's what I did.
Btw get a bluewave!
If you have any questions about the bluewave I'll be happy to answer them. dleblanc700@hotmail.com

I fished a blue wave recently and it was absolutely awesome, but I'm sure all three are top of the line. Don't really see how you could go wrong.

Out the choices I say blue wave. They are very nice boats.

Blue waves are great. Id ask for a solid color hull and leave off the tribal tattoo decal on the side.

My FIL has a 24' Blue Wave. Very nice and dry ride. Friend has a 22' Skeeter. Great boat, but not the same ballpark.
The Skeeter is much older and smaller, but my only experiences.

nothing wrong with tribal stamps, most people are just afraid of the awesomeness.

Skeeter is a fishing machine. Blue Wave is a fancy fishing machine. Crevalle is too fancy for fishing. Fishing boats shouldn't have chrome or stainless rub rails.

Love our Pure Bay 2200. Blue wave is a good boat.

Had mu mind all made up a NauticStar 231 Coastal.
Even planned to get it in Austin.
Went to the NOLA Boat show and met the guys that started Crevalle.
Took one out later (the 23) on and bought it.
It was more than the NS, but it had way more features so once you compared apples to apples it was in line, price wise.
No bad habits, runs well, dry. Not gonna get real skinny, I feel like 24" is the minimum, loaded.

Skeeter and Blue Waves are designed very differently. I fished out of a 22ft Skeeter for 15 years. Skeeters are fishing boats. They're designed to fish and IMO the design is the best on the industry for fishing. That's not to say the boat didn't have faults. It was wet at times, but I also ran that boat through some stuff you shouldn't run a 22' boat through. Very fast boat, and gets pretty skinny. If I got another I would get a 24.
I also have logged a lot of hours in Blue Waves. They're also great boats. Not quite as fast as Skeeter, they're dry and IMO handle rough water really well. They are a little fancy for me, but only because I'm really hard on my shite. I've never been in the other, but Skeeters and Blue Waves are proven boats.
