A couple weeks ago my uncle told me to come look at this 9mm he's had for 20 years and asked if it was loaded when he put the magazine in without chambering a round. I also had to tell him multiple time to stop holding it with his finger on the trigger pointed in the direction of people. I'm very concerned about the lack of training and knowledge by some gun owners.

At my pay for membership range we don't even have racks to rack your gun while the range is cold so basically have to put my gun in the back of my truck every time the range goes cold. Scary part is some leave their guns pointed down range while checking or putting up new targets. No range master present ever. Really is a scary place but it's my only option. So for safety purposes I go to the range in non peak hours & during the week when I can.

No way in hell would I ever go to a place where I may die just because it is my only option.

Like I said I only go during non peak hours & during the week. At this time I'm usually the only one there, so I make the personal adjustment to make sure I'm safe.

AZ has the best outdoor ranges out of any state I've been too and it's not even close.

Isn't that where the instructor got his head blown to shite by the 7 year old with the Uzi?

I never had a problem at Sherburne. I go during the day and the week. Never weekends or after 5
