Yes. Great in summertime for dipping in the ice chest and hangin around you neck. Also removes glare off your face when sight fishing for reds in a foot of gin clear water, helps to see them before they see you.

Yes, keeps you warm when it's cold and cool when it's hot.
More importantly, it helps keep the sun off of my neck and ears.
If you're fishing all day, sunscreen will wear off and this will help.

Yes, google buff wear. I were them all the time bevausei hate to re-apply sunscreen
