I have, good hunting until water starts freezing. Worked up there for a couple years.

Amazing to see the goose number coming out of Canada after strong arctic fronts. Sky is full of geese flying south all day long for days/weeks.

Came up for pheasant to my wife’s cousin’s house, crops are behind getting cut, it is dry and the wind is howling. Less than ideal conditions and we are leaving here and heading to Wisconsin for grouse and woodcock, so we are conserving dog power. We didn’t peasant hunt that hard, killed a few but nothing crazy.

We goose hunted 2 morning and did well, duck hunted one morning and 2 evenings and did well with that except for this afternoon.

The wind has been brutal all trip and we have had plenty of shooting. It is getting cold and stuff will start freezing some next week,

Off to Wisconsin
