Serious question: What happens to the piglets?

Will they stick together? Will they return to the last place they saw mama? Could you set a trap and get all six? (and then feed 'em until perfect slaughter size)

Varies. When there is another sow with piglets or shoats in the sounder they will all haul arse and then get adopted by the new sow. If they are not ready to wean and there is no surragote near they will die. Yotes will pick off some. If they are the only piglets and only sow present, they will stay put and run back in to feed on the dead moms tenets sometimes. You can walk right up to them when that happens and grab a few.

Their teeth are sharp as piglets and they will bite the ever loving hell out of you.

was supposed to be teet but I was on the phone.

notice 6 teets with milk. piglets will only feed from one teet and always the same teet.

yep even if one of the teets comes free due to predation of a sibling and their own claimed teet is poorly producing they will not move to the better teet.

That is as long as their original teet is still available.

Supposedly where the term "hind tit" comes from.

Interesting...
Didn't realize another sow might "adopt" them. I figured it would be an every piglet for himself situation and they'd end up in the express lane to the bottom of the food chain.
