spin off from bayou teche...

Considering trading my 2013 in on a '17. How do you guys feel about the newer fords? Any other likes/dislikes?

Or should we all drive Tacoma/Tundra's and Wrangler's.

Love my 502a 2016. Zero complaints

ETA: only complaint is that I didn't get the adaptive cruise control.

That looks terrible, the special edition is the only one that doesn't look like it got punched in the mouth.

Highjack!!!

2010 f150 xlt 5.4L 4x4 ~170,000 miles, cloth seats, two real doors with suicide back doors. the "book" says it's worth ~$10,000. Should I ride it until the wheels fall of or sell/trade it a get a newer one?

I replaced the AC 6 months ago and it's mostly highway miles. I'm the second owner and have no real reason to sell it other than I'm itching for a newer one.

What would you do? Sell/trade before it's worthless or ride it until the wheels fall off?

Saw a new grill on the road yesterday. Not a fan. Also, hope the aluminum bodies phase out before I need another truck. I've seen multiple truck body's bind, rip, and do other sh*t a truck isn't suppose to do.

I drive a 2012 Lariat, so I don't have personal experience owning one, but my Dad traded in his 2016 F-250 for a 17 F-150 King Ranch awhile back and he loves it.

Thing has toys galore on the inside. He has had nothing but great things to say about it.

I have the 6.2 in my truck and that's pretty much the only reason I don't upgrade at this point.

If it's a 4x4 keep it bc you will always be able to get 6-9k for it regardless of miles.

Same situation, but with my 2012. 2wd and I'm going to a 4wd. I only have 81k on my 2012, but I figure I'll trade it in now with some value and get the 4x4 that I want. I've been looking at them the last 2 weeks and damn the price of trucks increases ridiculously every year it seems. In 10 years an XLT will be 100k.
