I've seen 16 foot tiller skiffs upwards of $50k. If you start adding enough bullshite you can get up in price pretty quick. Something as simple as moving a hatch or dry storage could involve building an entirely new plug.

I'm not sure I believe that a 26 Calibogue is that much higher than the Sea Vee. I'd like to see his build sheet.

I wonder how much my friend's bay boat is in comparison new vs new. The SeaVee being some $50k cheaper is hard to understand.

I had to scan the specs twice and then I concluded, this boat doesn't come with any hookers. What good is a $165,000 boat of it can't guarantee some action?

I suspect he's selling it for more than he paid. What you are paying for here is getting your boat now, instead of 2018.
