Proof that fatties will do everything possible to justify their lifestyle.

Serious question: is the baconator your "cheat meal"? Because if so that definitely justifies going there once a week.

But if that's a weekly habit on top of eating a bunch of other crap...yeah you're going to plateau and remain a fatty.

I wouldn't call it a "cheat meal" per se. But once a week I work it into my daily calories and macros. I don't really plan for cheat meals. I try to never have any if possible, and this is a good way for me to hold the cravings off longer than usual.

...you literally just described a cheat meal.

And if you're working it in to fit your macros, you're planning for it. Which is a good thing.

We then have different definitions of a cheat meal. If I eat something and still hit/stay under my target macros and calories for the day then I don't call that a cheat meal.

Intermittent fasting can be life changing for some people.

I got my coworker on it, and we go lift at lunch. He's down 30+ pounds over the past few months.

This is one of the gayer sentences I've read on this site and I post on the soccer board.

Agreed. I was like 210 five months ago (I'm 6'1) and I dropped back down to my football playing weight of 185 through fasting and some timely ephedrine doses.

One of my go-to meals is just a 6oz hamburger patty with an egg on it. You can grill a ton of burgers and throw em in tupperwares for work. It's what I do. Microwave and eat it plain

An ex-girlfriend and I went to Tahiti last August and I wanted to lean out as much as possible. She competes in NPC bikini shows and suggested for the two weeks leading up to the trip to eat nothing but lots high-quality protein and green fibrous vegetables and to drink a ton of water and it worked wonders. No sugar, starchy carbs or fruits.

54g of fat in one sandwich doesn't scream "fitness/diet trick" to me.
