Real estate agent selling a house down the side street puts an open house sign on the edge corner of your lot without asking you.

Throw it away.

Or point it in a different direction.

Depends on my mood.

Do you own the land that it was placed on?

Spray paint something vulgar on it.

For example, if there is a picture of the realtor, paint "PIIHB" on it.

Ask my efriends what to do
Have an anxiety attack
Cry deeply
Start smoking
Finally muster up the courage to walk out and remove it
After a year of therapy begin making strides toward calling the realtor to question about it

Technically, it's likely that it's placed in an easement that isn't your property.

Call the agent and tell her you'd be willing to rent a spot on the corner of your lot for them to place their sign for a nominal fee. If they balk at that idea, tell them the sign they left on your property is going in the trash and if they step foot on your property again you'll report them for trespassing.

Call the number.
Charge $50. They have until 7 pm to pull it or hand you cash.
Offer 50 a month until sale final.

No deal? Pull. Put in garage.

That's what I was getting at. He probably just thinks that he owns the property.
