It depends.

If I could live up in Baton Rouge where I stay for college, then I could definitely make do.

If I had to live in my hometown of less than 3,000 people then I probably couldn't do it.

If the "75 mile radius" or "1 hour by car or sea" thing applies, then I would definitely be able to do both locations in a heart beat.
