You are offered $1 billion (after tax), but with a catch: once you accept, you cannot leave the town you live in for the rest of your life. Would you accept?

With a billion dollars, I can have anything I want flown in.

I think I will manage.

You motherfricker.

Yes, I would take it. I live in Mississippi. I'll just buy the whole town and kick everyone out.

Sign me up. Although I would probably be dead within a year, but it would a glorious time.

Absolutely. I'd buy new Orleans east, throw out all the residents, and build whatever I wanted.

Why would anyone ever leave Watson? This is a no brainer.

I love Nashville but that would be a miserable way to live. Not being able to see family in other cities for big events, not being able to ever see the beach or ocean again, etc.

That's a tough call.

Probably not in a landlocked city.

I think I would in New Orleans. I would have a compound the size of several city blocks and buy all my family and friends homes in it.

If I can move to a coast town first, then yes. If it is my current town, probably not.

Can I move to the town I want to live in first and then get the money? If so I would just move somewhere first, probably NYC since there is so much to do and always lots of concerts, sporting events, etc. I would move to a beach somewhere but that could get boring during the winter.

It would be tough because I have always wanted money so I could travel the world. I would have all that money and just live in a nice house? I don't care so much about having the best house. But a billion dollars...
