Just an FYI for you OT folks. You can use Care Credit at many vets including LSU animal emergency room. Zero % interest comes in handy in emergency situations. In this case that a-hole neighbor needs to pay for this bullshite.

People that have issues with dogs running on their property are fricking losers. Had someone hit my dog with a shovel I'd have freaked the frick out on that guy. He'd be totally fricking fricked.
