There is definitely some sort of transcendent irony here...

He shows up and is always on time and does a good job. He is a pretty damn good employee. Just making a really bad decision IMO.

We have good chemistry in terms of work environment right now. I HATE training a new guy. It is his decision for his life. If it effects his work performance there will be consequences.

You have to fire him.
How can you have a warehouse asst. That can't keep one hole safe? This just screams incompetence.

To answer your question directly, the very first thing tOTWD is to tell you quit blaming your life crisis on a made - up employee.

Man-up, Sir Cuckold.

Not the cuckold...

He is a very good employee. Never late and always ready to work extra.

none of your business.

Tell him he is welcome to work for you as long as he keeps his personal shite personal and not to let it affect his job performance.

If you consider him a valued employee and cant afford to lose him them possibly help him with expenses regarding the childs welfare. Other than that, stay out of it and let him make his own decisions.

remember, good help is hard to find....do what you gotta do to keep him happy and dont let him start looking for another job

He asked me for my advice. I gave it. Not really an issue. It is his life, not mine.

No seriously, keep him secure in his employment. This is the kinda shite that leads to him putting an AR-15 in yer face the day after you can him.

The stress may lead him to shoot all of you anyway. Oh well, 6 of one, half-dozen of the other.

I have. Just wanted to see some opinions on the matter. If he shows up and works hard there is nothing for me to do.
