You'd be surprised, a lot of these hobby guys load them up with parts, paints, glue, etc.... But yeah, if its got any decent snap on tools, it will add up quickly. The box is clean though.

I used to be into R/C planes and cars and all I can say is is that there have been many advancements in the radio equipment in the last few years. Old VHF radios won't bring much money. Now the engines are still worth a lot though.
That's def an old 99ish Polaris atv. Prob not worth but 800-1000 IMO. Good luck though.

Not as many as the TV shows would have you believe. Among the more interesting finds was a 1970's black powder Ruger revolver in mint condition along with a good deal of civil war memorabilia. I think the guy did a lot of reenactment - especially giving it's proximity to Civil War battle sites.
And I've learned this: virtually every household unit contains at least one Bible and one stash of porn.
