I was in Houston on Saturday and looking for a way to kill a couple of hours decided to swing by Dave and Busters. We walked through the door into a Black Lady Scream Fest "F*ck yo customer service bitch, I wants my moneeeez" as the Manager led them out. He actually looked bored , like he did it ten times a day. My kids eyes were like saucers.

America is getting better every day. The Cultural Tyranny of The Lowest Common Denominator. Their time has arrived. Their flag is flying. They own this place. Bitch.

So a ghetto arse woman starts swinging an umbrella in a freaking theme park que line with her small children right next to her the entire time? That was probably 3 generations of violent assholes being created right there.

every time I've passed that ride the length of the line deterred me

The secret is to go through the single line, not group line. At least it worked when I went last year

Time to raise the prices again

I'm a disney fan. They can hang another $50 on those tickets if that's what it takes. Usually these kind of situations are the quickest indicator to the park admins that ticket prices need to go up. And that's fine by me.

I assume these kinds of events are rare at Disney World. Is it really worth hiking the prices for something that will happen once a year?

Single entry is already 105 per day.. I don't think it will deter people like that b/c the more expensive the my hood status it carries

Don't know how people fight it this time of the year in this heat. Thankfully I'm done with Disney with the kids.

Single rider lines definitely cut down on the wait. But, hell, in the middle of summer or other busy seasons, single rider is long as shite too.

I'm seeing more of these vids that include youngs kids having to witness their parents acting in a self centered total ridiculous uncalled for manner and it hurts my heart to think about what they will become.

that sounds cool. We didn't go last time because waiting 3 hours to see Elsa and Anna and after that I was done with queing for the day and only did no line rides and my fast passes.

I liked the old world's fair type showcase rides. Horizons and World of motion were awesome. I can still remeber a lot of world of motion. The cavemen blowing on their red hot feet, the donkey that caused that "first ever traffic jam" . Those were cool and made you think, but todays kids need a lot more entertainment I guess.

LINK to full POV ride from one of the best fan websites out there to cover WDW and Universal Orlando.

Same here. The Mark Davis type of attractions were always some of my favorites. I still love Spaceship Earth. Honestly, it's a wonder they haven't completely gutted that thing already to put something more "thrilling" in there. Here's a pretty shitty video, but it's a complete ride through of the old attraction: LINK

One of my favorite scenes from the attraction:

Not sure if that helps or not.... The wife is a therapist and she always comes back with CNAs somehow affording to go to Disney. I used to be a nurse and I know what they make and no way I could swing it on that income. Most are single parents as well..... That goes for all races too...

It ain't that hard ... Stay right off property at a cheap hotel ... for 60-80 a night and buy a 4 day pass @ around 3000ish per person.. kids under 3 are free.. Eat breakfast in room.. Counter service for lunch and off prop for dinner .. It can be done on a tight budget
