depends on the 2 coworkers.

there are two guys here that really don't care for one another.
i would absolutely throw fuel on that fire just for entertainment purposes.

Are you the supervisor? If so, you have to address the issue. If not, let a supervisor know. If they are two women and they do it again, sit back and wait for the catfight.

Choice D) Snitching is not an option. We are grown men. No need to tattle.

Had an employee try and fight me back at the end of July. Dude was having a rough time of it in his personal life and ended up self-medicating with alcohol, while his wife was going through chemo for titty cancer.

Long story short dude was always leaving me drunken voicemails at 2 am, saying he may not make it to work the next morning because he was feeling ill, no shite right?

The day it all goes down, he is on a machine, just fricking everything up. I stop him and tell him he needs to head home for the day and we would talk about it tomorrow. Dude went off the deep end on me, screaming calling me all sorts of names. He was a tiny man, about 5'9 maybe 160, so I wasn't worried until he kept coming at me, provoking me and shite. He finally took two drunken left hooks at me and fell to the ground in the mud, at which point I told him to walk the dinosaur.

tell them to act like professionals and take that shite outside, or you will take them outside yourself. whether you are in a position to do so or not is irrelevant.

thats unacceptable behavior in the workplace

Gotta treat it like a hockey fight.

Once one of them goes to the ice physically or figuratively, break it up and put em both in the penalty box.

If they are coworkers, leave it alone and enjoy the show.

If they are your underlings, you probably need to step in.

Video or it didn't happen.

He didn't connect and I didn't throw as I was his supervisor. The most fun part was yelling at him like a fricking dog, 'NO!!' 'GO HOME, RIGHT NOW!' Looking back, I handled it extremely well. Ole Pablo was just trying to rope me into a fight and I would lose my job. Guy begged for his job back the next day and when I told him no, he decided to hit the bottle and leave me 2 voicemails, threatening to kill me. Corporate legal team was forced to become involved, blah blah blah, I just bring my gun to work now.

Mind your business. If they are your contemporaries, then don't get involved.

But then again you probably felt the need to do something. This coupled with the fact you work with women who yell at each other in a 'professional' setting leads me to conclude you are one trashy son of a bitch.

Sadly in today's world, guns are too often brought into play to "resolve" issues. I've told both my sons to avoid any B.S while driving as road rage nowadays can easily lead to gun play.Stay far far away. Unless one or the other hits you with a stapler by mistake.
