Th 20% is what I'd go with. I already have 3 weeks vacation and like 2 weeks of sick time. Plus I work at a bank so we get a bunch of random holidays. I usually take a week in the summer, a week between Christmas and New Years, and sprinkle the rest in around holidays to make a 4 day weekend throughout the year. And I only take sick time when my kids are sick. I don't know what I could possibly do with 5 weeks of vacation that an extra 20% of my salary would be worth giving up for. If I did make 20% more, my wife would probably be able to quit her job and stay at home. Then we wouldn't have to plan our vacation time around each other's work schedule like we do now. I could just up and go on vacation any time I wanted to. I'm really not the type to desire a week long vacation. A good long weekend and a quick trip is perfect for me, and we could do much more of that if she wasn't working. She already only works 4/10s in the summertime, so she has that 3 day weekend for about 3 months every year. Those Fridays that I have to get up and go in suck.

Is that an invite?

How much something like that run? I get 4-5 days off each month to go home, I could make that happen.

I have access to one. I know the doors come off because I have taken them off to take pictures many times.

Cdawg send me the GPS coordinates. I will send you the helicopter tail number so don't shoot back.

But they are at the perfect age to have fun at Easter with Easter baskets and Easter egg hunts.

Give me 20%. I work in government and always have a surplus of vacation time. I don't like taking tons of time off of work anyway, I like my job.

In fact I would forfeit 80 hours of leave every year for that 20%.

money… hell, last year i only took 12 of the 15 days of vacation they gave me, and i had plenty of off time, IMO… of course, my schedule and how it all falls during the month has a lot to do with it too, but still… the money

Give me the money. I have a hard time using the 20 vacation days I get even with a few vacations I take each year.

20% easy.

With the extra $ you could take time off without pay for 2 weeks each year if need be and still come out on top.

Recap:
26 chose more $
15 chose more vacation so far

All depends on time In life I think. As you get older and make more $ and have a family I would assume I would value time off much more than $.
