Women with their arse hanging out of their shorts...trashy or not?

So I have been noticing more and more lately that LSU females are parading around with their arse cheeks hanging out of their shorts (no complaints on my end other than the sheer distraction and arousal it elicits).
It seems like when I was a student it was just the occasional gal whose shorts failed to appropriately contain her cheeks, but now it seems like every other day I find such a woman.
I suppose I have become a bit desensitized to seeing cleavage, only slightly mind you, and for some reason it doesn't seem as 'exciting' when such a bodily display is encountered.
My question is, do you view cleavage in the same light as a woman's arse hanging out of her shorts? Personally, I have come to view cleavage as generally acceptable in most public realms but not so much with the exposure of the derriere.
Here's an example for your troubles:
I'm talking specifically about the sight of the gluteal fold.
