My ex wife at 120lbs. has hit me harder than some grown men has, I would just laugh and walk away. She has chased me with a knife twice I run away those times, one nite she was drunk started her shite so I held her on the bed when I went to let her up she bit a chunk outa my arm, soon as I seen blood dropping on carpet I picked her up by her throat and told her if she ever tried to hurt me again she would never be found, that's the nite we broke up... sorry everyone for long read

Hitting, kicking, beating, stomping or whatever, is absolutely acceptable, no matter a man or woman. Obviously, there needs to be a legitimate reason to attack anyone, but if you're defending yourself, family or someone else in danger, physical violence is absolutely justified.
I can't comprehend the reasoning of the "there's never a reason to hit a woman" idiots. Really? This isn't difficult people.

1. Wife kicked me in shins over some uptight control thing as we waited at door of her friends. I punched her on arm, right cross in close quarters. Left a nice bruise.
Two months later she threw something at me over a decision i made while i had flu and i walked out. Divorce.
2. Next wife went to throw punch. Blocked. I threw right and she flew across room and crashed into wall.
She coiled to spring, and i said whoa there, lets go over what happened when i hit you 50% power.
I can kill you. Stop. We get divorce.
Her next guy beat her up in knock down drag out drunken dumbassery.
3. Teenaged daughter started to to pull back to throw on me.
Whoa. Let me tell about when i knocked down a young mafioso with one right. She cooled her jets.
Next day, started again, whoa. Remember the story? I can kill you any time i want.

I did hit wife 2 square on jaw, just once, but she was in attack mode and i defused before escalation.

Not an advocate of hitting women but I will, and have, defended myself. I've never hit a woman with a closed fist but had a couple significant others in my younger days whose go to move in an argument was to slap me. I let it slide the first time, gave a warning the second time of what to expect if she didn't learn to control her emotions better, then backed up my warning the third time and slapped her back. Put an end to that foolishness with a quickness. Still, I felt horrible about it. Not justifying it because it was me but my 180 lb self slapping a woman back who slapped me is worlds apart from 250 lb Ray Rice cold cocking his gf in an elevator.

The dumbasses who believe there's no reason a man should ever strike a woman after being attacked are the reason women regularly attack men.
Based on your ridiculous notion, they continue to hit men with no fear of retaliation. So in essence, you're creating this problem by allowing them to get away with it. You're condoning their violence by this stance.
Change the public's attitude about it being acceptable for a man to defend himself when attacked by a female, and their behavior will change.

If a woman hits a man she deserves to be hit back. No one regardless of gender should be subjected to physical violence without the option of self defense.

That's an easy fix. Anytime a woman comes at you with a knife just toss her a couple slices of bread and some mayo. Her instincts will take it from there.
