Bingo. I still listen to his discussions regarding women on a weekly basis. Sure, some of it is told from a chauvinistic point of view, but there are also some gems in there as well.
I respect him for never selling out to Hollywood.

The Joe Mixon encounter is not as black-and-white of an issue as most of these hypothetical encounters.
She clearly made contact with him first, but he continued to pursue her throughout the video footage.
The situation could have easily been diffused by him choosing to walk away. Plus, it doesn't help matters that he threw a Tyson-esque haymaker at her.
Can you blame the female for feeling threatened we he attempted to intimidate her (i.e., bucking up to her)?
Like many violent instances, I have to wonder what the outcome would have been without the influence of alcohol.

Being chauvinistic is exactly why it's so funny. There's an irreverence missing in many of today's comics because they're trying to appeal to as many audiences as possible.

It's not a guise. I've had the unfortunate/fortunate pleasure of dealing with dozens of war veterans, dating back to WW2.
