I don't think it gets a bad rap. Just a lot of negative publicity in terms of economics disparity, but that isn't just a problem in LP.

Personally, I love the area and I wouldn't bat an eye to live there if I could get a well paying job.

Im proud y'all have had a good time this weekend brother. LP doesn't need any knighting! I love that we are not bruin with the tourists.

As far as economic equality is concerned, it is present in every city in the world. Its just more apparent in a Parish that is 150 years old with a small population that has gone through a severe finical crisis basically overnight.

Those economic disparity statistics always account for population size.

And apparently if ya'll are the worst then that means no the economic disparity seen in LP is not like it is in every small town

They are very common in the Delta, and Im not knighting for the Delta. It is the Delta vs everybody in the argument, not LP vs everybody
