I would also. My point has just been the quality of service would go down if we didn't tip. W/o tipping some would never want the job and since the service industry is already struggling to get quality workers I think they would struggle more...and service would suffer.

Hahaha man I wish. Being 22 and in decent shape would get me a ridiculous amount of undeserved tips from all the cougars throwing their husbands CCs around.

That being said I've been in there a couple times. I never realized there were so many torn up 40-60 yr olds in BR.

I would say that Mansur's and Little village in BR are the most server friendly when it comes to money making opportunity. I might even rope Juban's in there too.

Say a group of 8 of the "least desirable" peeps come in, do you auto grat them? Have you had any experience on them asking to have it removed?

One of my managers used to work there and she said it was awesome.

She's told me that they don't put up with people trying to weasel their way into free stuff. Unlike where I work.
Just tonight for example I was asked by a bar patron why he did not receive a discount for his drinks due to the fact that our bar had no open seats so he had to stand to watch the NC game. The guys bill was like 8$. What a joke

true on your statement now that i think about it. It's a shame...very very good restaurant imo. Really high volume.

still would bet a good server there can approach 50 a year.

mostly tax free??? pretty sweet deal imo.

hell...i bet a waitress at hooters pulls bank

My owner "does not believe in auto grat" because it makes the server feel like they can provide less than satisfactory service.

I have had parties of 20 plus with 500$ bills literally leave me less than 10$ as a tip. After thanking me for the fantastic service and getting my name so they could request me when they return.
