I notice a lot of black folks ride around with all of their window rolled half way down so others can enjoy their rap music. I have never noticed this when it is raining though.

My window got shot out a few weeks ago and I had to drive with my window down for a few days. Talk about miserable .

This is not the first time I have noticed this and I always wonder why.
I have also noticed that the person is almost always African American.
What is the deal here?

Might've been that their AC and even the blower was out and the windows would fog up quickly when it started raining.

AC broke. One time, for most of the summer I went without AC. I left my windows down, when I was driving, no matter what.
