I always thought it was money laundering. Maybe they stuff the $ in mattresses?

So im told, the mattress wharehouse on Florida blvd are recycled mattresses. The fella who owns it buys used mattresses all over town, strips them down to the springs, and adds new padding and material. The markup is huge. I don't know if the mattress shops here in town by from this shop too.

In-laws had a wore out POS mattress in the room we used when visiting. I'm spoiled with our Tempurpedic.
Couldn't take it any more. I went shopping for a new one, and there were three chain stores within walking distance of each other.
I went in each and asked to see their firmest mattress and box spring that they could deliver before bedtime. Got a nice cheapie from Hank's Fiiiiiiiine Furniture.
I only go there 3 or 4 times a year, but it was some of the best $ I ever spent.
We were the only customers in the three stores we shopped. That markup must be 200% or more.
