d'Etat is a good outfit...any parade that can have a throw with a record titled "50 ways to leave your lover" by Gary Condit has my kind of sense of humor....
i do think that dorothy mae taylor messed up mardi gras, but losing the comus parade is no big deal...very few marching units, always moved fast and never threw anything...

Thoth is a flaming pile of garbage which has no decorum, membership, or aesthetic standards and recycles floats like no other. Every year by the time Thoth roles, I've seen its floats 3 times.
And they hold their ball at the pontchartrain center
