When I bought my house a year ago, I got several quotes. river city was about the cheapest but the customer service is amazing. I've been really pleased

We use House Call for all of our contracts. I've yet to find someone who can do as good a job as these guys. Highly, highly recommend them!

Anyone but terminex. They have the worse customer service I have experienced. You can't get anyone from the local office on the phone when you need service.

River City Pest Control. Jeremy Seaton is the owner. Great guy and great customer service. They all use the same crap, Termidor, so find the best service and price. I called 3 companies and River City was a little more than half the other 2 with the same coverage and the annual renewal is the same way.

I have Terminix termite coverage that includes formosan termites, and they're a subsidiary of Service Master which includes AHS....I concur that their customer service is complete crap. But I have a couple of the higher ups emails, and they make things happen for me fast. Plus, in my dealings with them over the years, they honor what they say in their coverage, and that's extremely important, obviously.

I tried about 3 times to get local termite coverage pricing and got 3 different no responses. So I said screw it and just stayed with Terminix.

Just be patient with who you go with. I know personally I have about 30 houses to retreat because of the flood before I get back to new work.

thanks for the recommendation for River Parish. They are coming inspect and estimate treatment for my house later this week. They do include a 1,000,000 damage policy and the initial treatment is good for 15 years with an annual contract (visual inspection). my current termite company after digging into it wanted additional money for a damage policy.
